GOOD NEWS! Victoria (Torrie) Higgins arrived in St. Petersburg, Russia, on July 8, 2009. She has been working with the children at Pavlovsk Orphanage, and she said that she'll send us all messages throughout her trip on Facebook - http://www.facebook.com/home.php?#/group.php?gid=41846794660.
